Continuity Guides
Live-in or daily companionship and accountability from a vetted Continuity Guide, matched to the Principal and integrated quietly into everyday routines, work and travel.
Arbor & Maine provides discreet, non-clinical transition support for families who simply need the noise to stop. From Continuity Guides who blend seamlessly into daily routines to Connection Specialists who take the mental load off your plate, we bring the structure so you can finally exhale.
You’ve navigated the crisis. You’ve done the hard work of finding foundational care. But the transition back to daily life—the demanding schedules, the complex family dynamics, the sheer weight of keeping it all together—too often falls on the family.
The traditional model expects families to suddenly become full-time care managers. You cannot out-organize a transition that requires dedicated focus, and you shouldn’t have to try.
Seeking help isn’t giving up control. It’s building a smarter support system.
Privacy is the foundation of every engagement, with non-disclosure agreements in place before sensitive details are shared.
We are a non-clinical service. We work alongside licensed providers and honor their care plans rather than replacing them.
Operational support that fits the rhythm of the Principal’s life: home, work, family and travel.
Each service is shaped around the Principal’s Lifestyle Parameters and coordinated through a single Connection Specialist.
Live-in or daily companionship and accountability from a vetted Continuity Guide, matched to the Principal and integrated quietly into everyday routines, work and travel.
Hourly, non-clinical support with day-to-day structure, executive-function organization and resilience planning.
Independent coaching and boundary-setting strategies for parents and spouses, so they can step back from crisis management and return to simply being family.
Transition strategy that brings family members together around shared goals, clear communication and agreed Lifestyle Parameters.
Discreet coordination of domestic and international travel between home, foundational care and other destinations.
Ongoing, high-touch care management. Your Connection Specialist coordinates the people, schedules and logistics around the Principal and keeps the family informed.
Our role is to protect the treatment plan, not rewrite it.
Arbor & Maine does not diagnose, treat or provide therapy or medical care. Clinical decisions remain with the Principal’s licensed providers.
Every inquiry begins with a confidential Discovery Call with a Connection Specialist. We put a non-disclosure agreement in place before discussing sensitive family details, then learn what is happening, who is involved and where support is needed.
Together we map the Principal’s daily life: schedules, work and social commitments, household and travel. With the family, we agree on shared goals and clear Lifestyle Parameters: the structural safeguards that support real life.
We match a Continuity Guide to the Principal on skills, temperament, lived experience and discretion. Before arrival, the Guide is briefed on the Lifestyle Parameters, roles and communication channels.
Your Connection Specialist stays in regular contact with the Continuity Guide and serves as the family’s single point of contact. With the Principal’s consent, they coordinate with the clinical partners who lead care, so everyone works from the same plan.
We work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, beginning in Texas, our first market.

Parents and spouses carrying the weight of a loved one’s transition. We offer immediate, discreet relief from the work of coordination, so you can step back into your role as family.
Family office principals and trustees who need dependable, long-term care management aligned with the family’s directives, delivered with strict confidentiality.
Private counsel, wealth advisors and concierge physicians looking for a discreet, non-clinical resource with clear boundaries to introduce to the families they serve.
Clinical teams preparing a client to return home. We support daily life after discharge while respecting your clinical plan and your role in care.
Burnout isn’t a badge of honor. It’s just exhausting.
Arbor & Maine was born from a simple realization: families should not have to become full-time care managers the moment a loved one comes home.
We bring in vetted professionals who understand the nuances of your lifestyle and protect your privacy fiercely. We don’t bring judgment, and we don’t speak in clinical jargon. Let us hold the structure, so you can step back into your rightful role—not as a crisis manager, but simply as family.
